Community Therapy Project

Faith Informed and Culturally Sensitive Counselling for Our Community

At SLM Wellbeing, we believe that mental health support should respect who you are, including your faith, culture, and values.
In partnership with NHS 24/7 Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre (NMHC) and the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, we are offering subsidised therapy sessions through our Community Therapy Project.

This initiative provides faith informed and culturally sensitive counselling to individuals across our community who may be struggling with emotional, psychological, or social challenges.

Our team of qualified and Islamically trained counsellors are here to support you through life’s difficulties with understanding, empathy and professionalism. Ensuring you never have to hide your struggles out of fear of judgement.

To check your eligibility, please complete our short form. A member of our team will review your details and contact you to confirm your eligibility and arrange sessions.
