This registration form allows you to sign up either for Faith in Mind (FIM) as a standalone unit, or for the full Muslim Mental Health Champions (MMHC) programme, which includes all three units. 

Faith in Mind can be taken on its own as an introductory workshop, or as the first unit of the full programme. 

If you choose the full programme, the remaining two units will follow after Faith in Mind as part of the structured MMHC training journey.

Training length: 6 months
Birmingham cohort: 2 Sundays a month (venue tbc)

Fees

Faith in Mind (FIM) costs £100 (+ £1.50 admin fee).
This fee covers course workbooks and refreshments for both days of delivery.

MMHC – Full Programme (All 3 Units) costs £895 (+ £5 admin fee).
This includes course workbooks and refreshments across the full programme learning days.
